Services
Prism Consulting VA, LLC provides professional back-office consulting services to small and mid-sized businesses, including bookkeeping, tax preparation and strategy, HR consulting, and business advisory services. Specific service terms, scope, and deliverables are outlined in individual engagement letters or service agreements provided to each client prior to the start of work.
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services at our discretion. We may engage qualified third-party contractors or service providers to assist in delivering services, and we take responsibility for the quality of that work.
Fees and payment
Fees for services are outlined in your engagement letter or service agreement. Payment is due according to the schedule specified in that agreement. We accept payment via the methods listed in your agreement, which may include ACH transfer, credit card, or check.
You are responsible for paying all fees in a timely manner. If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to pause or discontinue services until the account is current. You are solely responsible for any applicable taxes on services rendered.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for us to perform the agreed-upon services. The quality of our work depends on the information you provide. Prism Consulting VA, LLC is not liable for errors or omissions resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by you.
You are responsible for reviewing all deliverables and notifying us of any errors or concerns within a reasonable timeframe.
Confidentiality
We understand that the financial, operational, and HR information you share with us is sensitive. We treat all client information as confidential and do not share it with third parties except as required to perform the services (such as with tax authorities, payroll platforms, or other service providers you have authorized), or as required by law.
You agree not to share or disclose our work product, reports, or proprietary materials without our written consent.
Intellectual property
All materials, templates, frameworks, and tools developed by Prism Consulting VA, LLC remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Custom deliverables created specifically for your business become your property upon full payment.
Disclaimer
The information provided through our services and on this Website is for general informational and advisory purposes. It does not constitute legal advice. Term and termination
Either party may terminate the service relationship with written notice as specified in the engagement letter. Upon termination, you are responsible for payment of all fees for work completed through the termination date. We will return or transfer your financial records and data in a reasonable timeframe following termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Staunton, Virginia.
