Joa is an Enrolled Agent, the IRS's highest credential for tax practitioners. She's spent 14 years working with small business owners across professional services, retail, construction, restaurants, and e-commerce. Joa's the kind of person who reads tax code on the beach (yes, really) and gets a small kick out of finding the deduction someone else missed. She founded Prism Consulting in 2020 after realizing the integrated model she'd been building informally for years deserved to be the firm itself.
