I started by doing the work on the ground, delivering sandwiches and building training systems that stores still use today. That hands-on start shaped how I serve clients now. I’m an Enrolled Agent and HR consultant who helps small businesses align their numbers, their people, and their goals. I’ve supported companies across retail, restaurants, trades, trucking, and nonprofits, with a focus on practical systems and calm, steady guidance.
In The Community.
I believe strong businesses build strong communities. Over the years, I’ve served as a Commissioner on Staunton’s DEI Commission and as Communications Director for the Shenandoah Valley Society for Human Resource Management. I also spent several years as Operations Director for a regional music and arts festival, helping grow one of Staunton’s largest community events.
Today, I’m the co-owner of Valley Women Collab, a membership network for women entrepreneurs, and I’ve been a proud Girl Scout leader for more than seven years. Both roles let me encourage collaboration, mentorship, and growth at every stage of the entrepreneurial journey.

Beyond consulting, I bring a little creativity and color to everything I do. I’m a proud Boricua who loves flow arts, baking cookies for friends, and spending time with our dog and cat. Life is sweeter with my husband Dan, co-owner of Vistoso Creative, by my side. These personal passions keep me grounded and remind me that business is about balance, joy, and connection.
